This heritage house was originally constructed in 1870 in St. Helena CA. This project is a remodel / restoration to the original 1870 house and followed the strict City of St. Helena guidelines for work on historic buildings. We updated the structure, added a kitchen and family room space as well as a second floor office and deck. The new design is integrated with the old.
