Merryvale Offices

This building was originally the old single story school house for the city of St. Helena. The project called for elevating the old school house and constructing a new first floor with surrounding decks.The building was relocated to be next to the former Sunny St. Helena Winery (now Merryvale Winery). Patrick Mervin and Associates was the Architect of Record for this project which was produced in collaboration with John Lail of St. Helena.
