Santa Rosa Pool House
 
This was a challenging new pool house structure that is adjacent to an existing modern 'flat roof' stucco residence. We designed the pool house to wrap around the new pool with a series of new spaces that add to the owner's enjoyment of their outdoor spaces. These new spaces include a gourmet indoor kitchen with poolside seating bar, an interior sitting room with entertainment center and fireplace, bathroom sauna and changing room, a sewing room and a full featured Ham radio operating studio complete with 75' retractable radio tower. This project had an unusual design program! And we successfully integrated all of the diverse parts creating a very positive space for the owner's enjoyment.
