This project is a Tuscan style villa located in the Napa Valley. The main floor area is 2,800 square feet with a garage and guest quarters across the entry court. The building site is very beautiful with views over a downsloping hillside vineyard and looking out across the larger vineyards of the Napa Valley. The above sketch was part of a schematic design package that was submitted to the Owners for review and comment.
